Returns

• Box up product in it's original packaging.  Please use product bag if supplied.
• Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt that came with your order.

• Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving return.
• Email confirmations will be sent to email provided on original order.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for funds to transfer.
• Discontinued or sale priced merchandise (Closeout, Clearance, and Non-Current) may ONLY be exchanged or given store credit as these items are non-refundable.

A refund for the price paid less any original and/or return shipping fees will be issued to the payment method used at time of order. Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable. (Sorry, NO exceptions!)

Exchanges:

   There are 2 ways to exchange items at Monster Sports:

Option 1:

• Place a new order for the item you would like in exchange.
• Box up product in it's original packaging.  Please use product bag if supplied.
• The original Monster Sports shipping box may be used, however DO NOT use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container.
• Place a copy of the original order along with a copy of the new order in the box. (This will verify that the new item has been ordered for exchange)
• Include any addtional notes that may be helpful. (ie, call for card number to upgrade helmet)
• Ship product back to:

• Once the item is received the refund will be given in full (less any shipping charges) in the original form of payment within 1-5 days of receiving the package.

Option 2:

• Box up product in it's original packaging.  Please use product bag if supplied.
• The original Monster Sports shipping box may be used, however DO NOT use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container.
• Place a copy of the original order or receipt in the box along with a note stating that you would like to exchange the product for a different size, color, or different product.
• Include any addtional notes that may be helpful. (ie, call for card number to upgrade helmet)

• Exchanges are processed within 1-5 days from receiving product.

We reserve the right to apply restocking charges to products that are missing tags or original packaging.

Return shipments which do not meet all above criteria will be refused and returned to sender.

Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which cover against merchandise defects. To determine if an additional warranty is available for your item simply call.  Please do not contact the manufacturer directly to file your claim. Please Note - Warranty processing may take up to 8 weeks and is subject to the individual manufacture’s policies and discretion. Monster Sports cannot guarantee a refund, replacement or repair of the item. Manufacturer warranties do not cover items determined to be normal wear or due to customer negligence.
